These terms apply to the public Pixy homepage and the private Pixy Clip Uploader desktop tool. By using either service, you agree to these terms.

Purpose

The Pixy homepage provides public information and official social links for the Pixy VTuber. Pixy Clip Uploader is used by the Pixy creator to send selected clips to the creator's TikTok inbox as drafts for review, editing, and manual publishing.

Authorized use

Pixy Clip Uploader is not a public upload service. It may be used only by an authorized operator with permission to access the connected TikTok account and the video content being uploaded. Users must follow TikTok's terms, community guidelines, copyright rules, and applicable law.

No automatic publishing

The uploader requests only TikTok's video.upload permission. It uploads drafts; it does not use Direct Post or publish videos automatically. The creator remains responsible for reviewing and publishing each draft in TikTok.

Intellectual property

Pixy branding, artwork, and original site content may not be reused in a way that implies endorsement or ownership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The site and uploader are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change or stop if TikTok or another third-party service changes its platform. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or uploader.
